Town Planning

St-wise provides professional advice and services relating to the development and use of land. Mark Waldon (director) has extensive experience in all areas of town planning for both the public and private sectors. Regardless of the size of the project, he can provide assistance - including the preparation of application documentation and representation at planning appeals.

Obtaining a town planning permit can be frustrating and time consuming. Delays occur when Councils do not receive sufficient information with a town planning application. Mark has had many years experience preparing applications and he knows what is needed to comply with Rescode (State Government Planning Policy). It is his job to do all the hard work for you and obtain the results you desire. His experience and hands-on professional approach will assist in making the process less stressful for you.

Community Connectedness

Community groups consist of a number of well-meaning volunteers. St-wise consults with committees, organisations and local councils in Victoria and Australia-wide to build the capacity and sustainability of community groups and to encourage more people to become involved. Our formula to success is simple, it just involves passion and careful planning. We can work with groups to strategically plan for a sustainable future incorporating the group members goals and aspirations.

Strip Shopping Centre Enhancement

Strip shopping centres is a term commonly used to describe a group of retail and service provider businesses that are within a suburban street rather than a corporate 'box' complex. We consult with business/trader groups and chambers of commerce within strip shopping centres to ensure they remain relevant and responsive to customer needs.
