About St-wise
St-wise was established in 1999 and is centrally located in Caulfield North and services all areas of Melbourne and rural Victoria.
Mandy Black (community development and strip shopping centre enhancement projects) and Mark Waldon (town planning and strip shopping centre enhancement projects) are the company directors and between them they have a wealth of experience. They share a passion for the business they created and each and every project they are involved in.
We consult with local Councils in all areas of planning (town planning, community development and strip centre enhancement projects) and are well informed about local government processes.
