Mark has had over 20 years experience in all areas of town planning, starting his career in State and Local government. Then, in 1999, Mark and his partner Mandy established St-Wise as a private consultancy. Since that time Mark has developed a broad client base, which includes architects, designers, builders, developers, objector resident groups and Councils.
Marks strengths are in his personalised service and negotiating positive outcomes for his clients. He has extensive knowledge of the Victorian Planning Provisions and the needs of the development industry.
