About St-wise Directors Mark Waldon and Mandy Black

St-Wise Pty Ltd (formerly Streetwise) commenced in 1999 and since that time has grown from strength to strength. Mandy Black (community development and strip shopping centre enhancement projects) and Mark Waldon (town Planning and strip shopping centre enhancement projects) are the company directors and between them have a wealth of experience. They both share a passion for the business they created and each and every projects they are involved in.

The office of St-Wise is centrally located in Caulfield North in Melbourne. However, clients mostly prefer us to visit them in the comfort of familiar surroundings saving them travel time and expense. St-Wise services all areas of Melbourne as well as rural Victoria. Our community planning and strip shopping centre enhancement projects have also taken us to many interesting places Australia wide.

We have worked with numerous local Council's over the years in all areas of planning (town planning, community development and strip centre enhancement projects) and are well informed about local government processes.
