Mainstreet projects are generally those designed to assist business performance within strip shopping centres and (regional) town centres. They can involve providing business or strategic plans to influence marketing and improvements within a Centre. They can also involve the introduction of Special Rate and Charge Schemes to raise funds for collaborative activities.

St-wise has provided such assistance to numerous shopping and town centres in a variety of capacities in metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate.
