VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal)

Mark Waldon appears regularly at VCAT to assist in securing permits for development and land use proposals. He has presented submissions in over 400 matters, including mediating planning disputes and advocating at full hearings.

Mark has represented clients on various matters including office buildings, dual occupancies, apartment developments and heritage applications.

Once engaged, we will manage the process on your behalf including lodging the necessary paperwork, liaising with Council and objectors and preparing and presenting the written submission. You will be kept informed at every step of the way.

Mark can also be engaged as a town planning expert witness. As an experienced town planner, Mark will work with a solicitor of your choice (or he can recommend one) to provide more weight to your proposal. As an expert witness he will prepare a detailed supportive report and present at the VCAT hearing.
