St-wise Town Planning – Application Options
We’ll work with you and the relevant parties to prepare and coordinate the submission of comprehensive town planning applications to help you meet Council requirements.
St-wise manages town planning applications associated with:
- Multi-unit dwelling developments;
- New homes or alterations to existing homes where a planning permit is required such as homes within a heritage area;
- Commercial projects;
- Development of land for industrial purposes;
- Subdivisions.
There are two ways we can assist you.
OPTION ONE – COMPLETE MANAGEMENT
We can manage the entire process of applying to Council for a town planning permit. This service includes preparation of a supporting in-depth town planning report, consulting with other professionals such as heritage advisers or traffic engineers, negotiating with neighbours and Council and attending Council or other meetings on behalf of you and your architect/designer.
OPTION TWO – PLANNING REPORTS
We can assist you by preparing an in-depth town planning report which justifies why your development is appropriate for the intended site area, including an overview of its attributes and an assessment against Res Code and any other local Council policies.
